eal estate company "sumilink" in Hirakata, Japan.
The owl that is said "call the fortune" in Japan, is flying over the sky of Hirakata,
and searching wonderful rooms for the customer.

枚方にある不動産、スマイリンクさんのためにお作りしたキャラクター、
フクロウくんとチンチラちゃん。
会社に「福」を呼ぶフクロウくんは今日も枚方の空から、
いい物件がないか偵察しています。
チンチラちゃんは事務所にて、お客さんの相談に乗っています。
というストーリーを考えました。
